Brandon Faircloth was selected prior to the 2009 season as the new head coach and athletic director.  Faircloth has served as offensive coordinator at Odessa Permian for the past three seasons including a 13-1 record in 2008 in which the Panthers averaged 42.6 points.  He was the running backs coach at Highland Park from 2002-2005 and the freshman coach at Austin Westlake from 2000-2001.

Coach Faircloth succeeds Matt Burnett who led the Indians to a 96-55 record, five district championships, and 6 playoff appearances in his 15 seasons as head coach.  Coach Burnett and staff led the 1999 Indians to a 14-2 record and the 4A State Finals.
